| Instructions for Authors:
All papers are to be submitted online by filling up the Paper Registration Form. Submitted papers must present original research that has not been submitted for publication elsewhere or already published.
Each paper should clearly indicate the nature of its technical/scientific contribution, and the problems, domains or environments to which it is applicable.
Papers that are out of the conference scope or contain any form of plagiarism will be rejected without reviews.
The written and spoken language of IEEE-IC4 2009 is English. Authors should submit an original paper in English, carefully checked for correct grammar and spelling, in double-column IEEE format including authors' names and affiliations, and a short abstract electronically. The paper should have a cover page, which includes a 200-word abstract, a list of keywords, and author's phone number and e-mail address. Only electronic submission will be accepted and all papers were in Adobe portable document format (PDF). Requirement of any presentation equipment, if other than MS PowerPoint, PDF viewer and computer projectors, will be provided upon request.

- Use the Paper Registration Form to provide the main information on your paper.
You will be given an id/password which must later be used
to access the system during the following steps, so be
careful to remember it.
- Once an abstract has been submitted, you can access
the paper submission interface
to upload the file of your complete paper.
The deadine for submitting a paper is October, 22, 2008.
