Instructions for Authors:

All papers were submitted online by filling up the Registration Form. Submitted papers have presented original research that has not been submitted for publication elsewhere or already published.

Each paper should clearly indicate the nature of its technical/scientific contribution, and the problems, domains or environments to which it is applicable.

Papers that are out of the conference scope or contain any form of plagiarism will be rejected without reviews.

The written and spoken language of IEEE-IC⁴ 2009 is  English. Authors should submit an original paper in English, carefully checked for correct grammar and spelling, in double-column IEEE format including authors' names and affiliations, and a short abstract electronically. The paper should have a cover page, which includes a 200-word abstract, a list of keywords, and author's phone number and e-mail address.  Only electronic submission will be accepted and all papers were in Adobe portable document format (PDF). Requirement of any presentation equipment, if other than MS PowerPoint, PDF viewer and computer projectors, will be provided upon request

Note: IEEE members will get a discount of 20% on registration fee.
