1) Best Paper Award

The  best paper award of $300 will be given to 3 authors ($300 each) which will cover the stay of the authors at the college campus. The award will be given to 3 participants (students + others) and will be announced after final submission of the papers
 

2) Best Student Paper Award

The best student paper award will be given to 3 students separately, which will cover the cost of the registration.

3)  Student Travel Award

The Student Travel Support of  IEEE-IC⁴ 2009  is meant to enable promising students to attend the conference, present their papers and become more integrated into their scientific community. Funds from NUST & HEC will be used to cover Student (or Regular, if needed) registration. Depending on the number of applications, modest levels of additional support, toward defraying costs of attendance and travel, might be possible.

       Eligibility and Requirements

      Each applicant (i) must be an author or co-author of a paper   accepted for presentation at IEEE-IC⁴ 2009, (ii) must register at the conference, and (iii) must present a paper.

       Conditions of Award

• The award is not transferable.

• The awardee will participate and present at least one paper in the conference.
